Knowledge of the rules of divorce is important for both spouses. Although only a husband can start a divorce, a wife should be aware of her consequences so that she can conduct her affairs in accordance with religion in case of divorce.

Divorce has two types: explicit or implicit.

Explicit is what happens regardless of intent, and its statement carries only one meaning in accordance with the language. This includes, for example, the word divorce, I divorce you, or answer “yes” to the question, will you be separated from your wife?

If after a three-level divorce, the spouses want to marry again, then she must finish her real idd, marry another man, have sexual intercourse with him, divorce her, end this idd, and only after that she can marry the first man but new contract. If this process is not undertaken, the couple cannot be together, and if this is then, then this is an illegal relationship.

In addition, divorce is classified into 3 types. It is permissible, t. E. Not sinful, sinful, and neither one nor the other.

A valid divorce is what happens after the initial sexual intercourse, without regret, and not during the period of purity, in which it is combined with it (va layfeydin kabla). In this kind of divorce, idd begins immediately.

Sinful divorce occurs after the initial sexual intercourse, during the period of purity during which he had sexual intercourse, and there were no signs of pregnancy, in which case he may regret if there was a pregnancy. In addition, if she has menstruation or bleeding after giving birth, it is a sin to divorce her, because it will make her idd longer.

Neither a divorce nor a divorce occurs when he divorces her before the initial sexual intercourse, she is pregnant or has reached menopausal age.
