On Friday, Iraq’s Islamic Resistance announced that its forces launched drone strikes targeting Israeli military positions within the occupied Palestinian territories. This operation, according to the Resistance, aimed to support the Palestinian people, as well as the broader resistance movement, including Lebanon, against ongoing aggression by the Israeli forces.
In a series of statements, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq emphasized their commitment to opposing occupation and condemned recent attacks on civilians, including women, children, and the elderly, attributing these actions to what they described as an occupying force. The Resistance stated that, as part of their ongoing campaign, drones were deployed to strike three military sites in the northern regions of the occupied territories.

The group reaffirmed its dedication to escalating its efforts against what it described as “enemy strongholds.” The latest strike follows another attack launched in the early hours of Thursday, where Iraqi Resistance forces also deployed drones against an Israeli military target.
The organization noted that it intends to maintain pressure, signaling that further actions may be forthcoming as part of its resistance strategy.
