The annual ISNA convention, one of North America’s largest Muslim gatherings, is going virtual on Saturday, September 5-6

Organizers of the event, which would normally attract thousands of visitors, decided to go online this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic which is still much present and wrecking havoc since the beginning of 2020.

Coming amid rising calls for social justice, this year’s convention’s theme is, “The Struggle for Social and Racial Justice.”
