FEED THE POOR
Feeding the poor and needy is an act that draws us closer to Allah. We earn His forgiveness, mercies and blessings through this act of charity.
“Anyone who looks after and works for a widow and a poor person is like a warrior fighting for Allah?s cause, or like a person who fasts during the day and prays all night. (Bukhari)
Laiq Ahmed Atif, President Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya Malta
Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya Malta organised Jalsa Yaum-e-Musleh-e-Maud on 20 February 2023. The event commenced with the recitation from the Holy Quran, followed by an Urdu poem and the words of the prophecy of Musleh-e-Maud.
After this, Rauf Babar Sahib delivered a speech on the importance and greatness of this prophecy, followed by a poem.
I then had the privilege to deliver a speech on “The Prophecy of Musleh-e-Maud: A Great Divine Sign”, which was followed by a Q&A session.
A Maltese friend also participated in the event and was very impressed to hear about the fulfilment of this grand divine prophecy. He also asked several questions on this occasion.
The event concluded with a silent prayer.
