The Prophecies Of Muhammad In The Quran

Muhammad Quran prophecies, Several predictions of the Holy Quran are addressed to the Prophet Muhammad. You can learn about their fulfillment from Syrah – the biography of the Prophet, may Allah bless him, composed by his followers.

Conquest of the Al-Haram Mosque in Mecca (Muhammad Quran prophecies)

In the sixth year after the forced relocation from Mecca to Medina, the Prophet Muhammad saw a dream, where he visited his native city and made a pilgrimage. The Quran tells about this:

“Verily, the Lord showed His Messenger a true dream. You will certainly enter the Protected Mosque (Al-Haram), if the Lord desires, being safe. You will cut your head and get your hair cut without fear. He knew what you did not know, and pre-ordained before that a close victory “(Quran 48:27).

So, the Lord promised three things:

A) Muhammad will enter the Reserve Mosque.

B) Muhammad will come in safe.

C) Muhammad and his companions will perform pilgrimage rites.

Not paying attention to the hostile attitude of the Meccans, the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) gathered his Companions and went to Mecca. However, the hostility of the Meccans forced them to return to Medina. Sleep did not come true. Here the prophet concluded a very important agreement with the Meccans, who later will play a big role. It is thanks to this treaty that the Muslims managed to make a pilgrimage for the next year. So the prophecy came true.

The Quran prophesies: “The infidels will fail.” (Muhammad Quran prophecies)

Muslims were subjected to cruel persecution of pagans in Mecca. Once they were even declared a boycott: for three years, the Muslims had to live starving. Any talk of victory seemed unbelievable. And yet, while in Mecca, the prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was sent ayat:

“This group (the Gentiles) will be defeated, and they will be turned back” (Quran 54:45).

It uses the verb “yuhzamun” with the prefix “sa”, which means the future time. Hence, the prophecy was to come true not now, but after some time. And it happened in the holy month of Ramadan, two years after the transfer to Medina. The Muslims defeated the Meccans in the Battle of Badr. Umar, an associate of the prophet and ruler of Muslims after Abu Bakr, said that Muslims did not even realize how this prophecy would come to pass, but saw Badr in their own eyes (Saheeh al-Bukhari).

Allah in the Quran promises: “Believers will gain political power.”

The Lord delighted the Muslims suffering from the cruel persecutions of the Meccans:

“Allah promised those of you who believed and did righteous deeds, that He would certainly make them governors on earth, just as he made governors of those who were before them. He will certainly give them the opportunity to profess their religion, which He approved for them, and will change their fear of security. They worship Me and do not associate with Me. Those who refuse to believe after this, are ungodly “(Quran 24:55).

For the intimidated, oppressed Muslims, the execution of such a bold promise seemed unimaginable. And yet, the prediction came true. Indeed, the Lord provided security for Muslims and granted them political power in just a few years.

“Our Slaves sent have already been told Our Word. Verily, they will be helped “(Quran 37: 171-172).

quranAt first, the Muslims created their own state in Medina after relocation there at the behest of the Lord. Then, under the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), this state expanded and included almost the entire Arabian Peninsula, from the Gulf of Aqaba and the Persian Gulf to the Arabian Sea in the south, including the city from which the Muslims once fled – Mecca. However, the expansion of the territory of the Islamic state did not stop there. As history shows, Muslims ruled the land of the former Persian and Roman empires, which amazes and fascinates historians of the world. Encyclopedia Britannica says:

For 12 years after the death of Muhammad, the army of Islam took possession of Iraq, Persia, Syria, Armenia, Egypt and Cyrenaica (modern Libya).

A Quranic prophecy about the hypocrites and tribe of Abu Nadir. (Muhammad Quran prophecies)

The Lord says in the Quran:

“Do you not see that hypocrites tell their unbelieving brethren from among the People of the Scripture:” If you are expelled, we will go with you and never submit to anyone against you. And if they fight with you, then we will help you. ‘Allah testifies that they are liars. If they (the Jews) are expelled, then those (hypocrites) will not go away with them. If they fight, they will not help them. And even if they help them, they (hypocrites) will turn back, after which no one will help them “(Qoran 59:12).

Quranic prophecy about the upcoming confrontations (Muhammad Quran prophecies)

“They will not cause you any harm other than annoyance. If they fight with you, they turn their backs on you (they’ll run away), after which they do not (Qoran 3: 111)

“If the unbelievers will fight with you, they will certainly turn back, and then they will not find a patron or helper” (Qoran 48:22). It is clear from history that after sending down these verses, The infidels of the Arabian Peninsula could never again resist the Muslims. The examples cited in the article prove that the accusations against the Prophet Muhammad have no basis. The slanderers wanted to convict Muhammad of lying, checking whether the predicted by him would come true. But the prophet did not speak from himself, but only inspired by the Omniscient. These prophecies could not but come true. Therefore, according to the criteria of slanderers, Muhammad was not a liar, but the true and last messenger of the Lord. This is stated in the Sunnah and the Holy Qur’an.
