Dubai — Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has officially launched a new digital platform, “Nusuk Umrah”, designed to streamline the pilgrimage process for Muslims around the world. The service, available at umrah.nusuk.sa, allows applicants to directly secure Umrah visas and book their pilgrimage services online, removing the reliance on middlemen.
Through the platform, pilgrims can access a wide range of services, including visa applications, accommodation, transportation, cultural tours, and on-ground support. Travelers also have the flexibility to build customized packages or choose from pre-designed options tailored to their needs.

The ministry emphasized that Nusuk Umrah features a user-friendly, multilingual interface available in seven languages. It is fully integrated with official government systems to ensure a smooth, secure, and reliable booking process.
In addition to multiple payment options, the service covers every stage of the journey—from visa application to confirmation—providing pilgrims with a transparent and efficient digital experience.
Saudi authorities noted that this initiative aligns with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which prioritizes improving the quality of services offered to pilgrims and expanding the number of Muslims able to perform Umrah with ease, comfort, and safety.
