The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community describes itself as the largest Muslim organization in the world - although it does not have a majority in any country. In Germany, too, it only has around 40,000 members - and yet it has been the first Muslim body to have equal status with the churches since 2013, because the Ahmadiyya claims to represent a modern Islam - regardless of the nationality of the believers.
