Lomé, Togo, June 25, 2020, SPA — The Muslim Union of the Togolese Republic praised the decision on holding this year’s Hajj with only a limited number of pilgrims from various nationalities who already reside in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In a statement, the Union confirmed its full support for the Kingdom’s decision, for the safety of pilgrims due to COVID-19 pandemic.

The Union also praised the Kingdom’s efforts, led by the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques, King Salman Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, and HRH Crown Prince to limit the spread of COVID-19 pandemic.
