Nasihah (Advice): The reward of performing Wudhu
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah Radiyallahu ‘anhu narrates: I heard Rasulullah Sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam saying, ‘My Ummah will be called on the Day of Resurrection with their limbs and faces shining from traces of Wudhu. So whoever amongst you can increase the area of his radiance should do so (i.e. by performing Wudhu regularly).’ (Bukhari)

Question and Answer:
- I do wuzu like washing hands, doing Masah on head etc all once is it valid? Or we have to do each washing thrice only. Please let me know. Jazakallah Khair.
(Question published as received)
- If you wash the limbs of Wudhu and make Masah once, the Wudhu is valid as the Fard (compulsory) acts of Wudhu are fulfilled.
However, to wash the limbs thrice and make Masah of the entire head once is Sunnah, highly emphasised and brings greater reward.
Hence, you should endeavour to wash thrice while making Wudhu unless it is difficult to do so due to time constraints, illness, etc..
