Tanzanian music sensation Juma Jux has opened up about the deeply personal journey of helping his wife, Priscilla Ojo, convert to Islam. In an exclusive interview on Millard Ayo’s YouTube channel, the artist shared emotional details about how faith, love, and patience shaped this chapter of their relationship.
According to Jux, the decision to encourage his Christian wife to embrace Islam was not taken lightly. The process required sensitivity, spiritual understanding, and support from religious leaders who equipped him with the proper approach to introduce the faith to her.
“It wasn’t easy at first,” Jux admitted. “I had to learn a lot from Islamic scholars on how to communicate with love and patience. It took time, but eventually, she came to understand the essence of the faith.”
Jux emphasized that the transition wasn’t about forcing beliefs but rather guiding with wisdom. He said his wife’s acceptance of Islam was the result of many heartfelt conversations and spiritual reflections over time.

In the same interview, the singer also touched on his widely celebrated wedding, revealing that he had a prophetic dream about it long before it happened. This, he said, affirmed his belief that their union was divinely destined.
“Before the wedding, I had a dream about it — everything felt clear to me. I believe Allah prepared me for this journey, including finding someone who aligns with my dreams and values,” he shared.
Jux expressed profound gratitude for finding a life partner who not only supports his career and beliefs but also walks beside him spiritually.
His testimony has sparked admiration among fans and followers, many of whom praised his respectful and gentle approach to guiding a loved one through such a significant spiritual journey.
