Dozens of Israeli settlers entered the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound on Wednesday, escorted by Israeli occupation forces, according to local reports.
Witnesses stated that the settlers, moving in groups, accessed the mosque’s eastern section through the Moroccan Gate (Bab al-Magharib). Under the protection of Israeli forces, they conducted provocative tours and performed Talmudic rituals within the mosque’s premises.
Simultaneously, Israeli security forces imposed heightened restrictions at the entrances to the Old City and Al-Aqsa Mosque, increasing their presence in the area.
