Mecca – In a historic move set to transform the spiritual journey of millions of Muslims, Saudi Arabia’s General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has unveiled a revolutionary operational blueprint for the Hajj season 1446 AH (2025). The official announcement is scheduled for Thursday, 10 Dhu Al Qa’dah, marking a new chapter in the Kingdom’s commitment to enhancing the pilgrimage experience through technology and innovation.
Dubbed the most extensive strategy of its kind, the plan is deeply focused on enriching the spiritual experience of pilgrims through the use of artificial intelligence, smart devices, and digital platforms. The goal is to provide seamless, accessible, and supportive services that elevate the experience of worshipers performing Hajj.

Manarah 2 AI Robot
An advanced, second-generation multilingual robot designed to offer real-time assistance and guidance to pilgrims throughout their journey.
Multilingual Interactive Smart Screens
Strategically placed across holy sites, these touch-screen systems will deliver instant support and up-to-date information in multiple languages.
Digital Qur’an Learning Platform
A globally accessible platform to aid in Qur’an recitation and study, empowering pilgrims to connect more deeply with the Holy Text.
Surat Al-Fatiha Application
A unique multi-language mobile app crafted to deepen understanding and reflection on Surat Al-Fatiha, one of Islam’s most central chapters.
Specialized Educational Programs
Tailored programs offering religious, cultural, and intellectual support to accommodate the diverse backgrounds of pilgrims attending from around the world.
Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sudais, the Chief of Religious Affairs at both the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, stated that this strategic initiative is rooted in Islamic values of mercy, peace, and service.
