Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, the Leader of the Yemeni Revolution, has issued a powerful call for a nationwide demonstration across Yemen on Friday. The rally, which he has described as a “million-man march,” is intended to express gratitude to Allah for what he views as the failure of U.S. interference, stand in defiance of the Israeli occupation, and reaffirm the Yemeni people’s unwavering support for the Palestinian cause.
In a speech delivered on Thursday addressing the ongoing Israeli aggression in Gaza and broader geopolitical developments, Sayyed al-Houthi urged citizens in the capital Sana’a and all Yemeni provinces to participate in large numbers.

“This march is an expression of our steadfastness and our faith,” he said. “It is a moment to celebrate the failure of American plots, to confront Israeli hostility with courage, and to show our unshakable solidarity with our Palestinian brothers and their valiant Mujahideen.”
He emphasized the significance of gathering in al-Sabeen Square in central Sana’a, as well as in public squares throughout other governorates. The call echoes a similar demonstration held last week, which saw unprecedented crowds across hundreds of locations in Yemen.
Despite rising tensions and escalating American involvement, al-Houthi noted, “The Yemeni people turned out in overwhelming numbers, in a demonstration that surpassed anything seen globally.” He described the rallies as a clear sign of the Yemeni people’s deep-rooted faith and principled stance on justice and resistance.
“We do this not out of politics, but from faith,” he said. “Our actions, driven by conviction, have witnessed divine support and victory.”
The rally is expected to draw massive participation amid growing frustration in the Arab world over the continued bombardment of Gaza and perceived Western bias.
